Supporting our parish financially
Are you able to help?
We are receiving enquiries from parishioners who have asked us how they can continue giving to our parish during the pandemic. The parish still greatly needs your support, even more so without the weekly congregations and visitors.
We do recognise that many parishioners may be in a different financial position than they were previously or struggling financially, and there is no expectation to give where you are unable to do so.
If it is appropriate for you to consider now, we have laid out the donation options available to you below.
Thank you for your ongoing support. We pray that you keep well, your faith remains strong and we look forward to when our churches can reopen, and Mass can once again be celebrated together in person.
How can I donate?
Regular giving is the financial bedrock of our parish. It also minimises risk and costs the parish less to manage, so your money goes further.
If you have online banking you can set this up online using the details below, or you can print the standing order forms for each church and post it to your bank or back to us.

Although regular donations give our parish the best stability, single donations do of course also contribute to the financial health of the parish.
The diocese have launched an online giving facility for single donations. Use the link below to donate by card.
Thank you to all of you who have continued to donate to our parish and other agencies of faith at this time.
Please Note:
Make your donation go further with Gift Aid
Boost your donation by 25p of Gift Aid for every £1 you donate.
If you are a taxpayer, the Diocese can reclaim tax at the basic rate for your parish. This applies to all your weekly, monthly, irregular or one-off donations.
To be eligible, you must be paying at least the amount of tax during the tax year that we reclaim on your Gift Aid during that tax year. Overall, for every £1 you give, our parish will receive an additional 25p from HM Revenue & Customs. It costs the giver absolutely nothing extra; you are giving to your parish anyway: this simply asks the government to redirect to your parish some of the tax you have paid to them.
Please consider if this is right for you. If so, please complete the form below.
Thank you.
Thank you for donating and allowing us to reclaim the Gift Aid. It is very much appreciated.
