September 2026:

We would like to thank everyone for the incredible support shown towards the St. Patrick's Roof Repair Fund.


We are particularly grateful to our Indian Community, whose fundraising efforts have raised over £5,000 towards the urgent roof repairs. We were then delighted to see parishioners contribute over £1,000 following the recent parish appeal.


This generosity is a wonderful demonstration of the commitment, care and spirit that exists within our parish family. Every contribution, large or small, helps us move closer to carrying out the urgent temporary repairs needed to prevent further water damage to the church.


The immediate repairs are estimated to cost around £10,000 and are needed before winter to protect the building while longer-term plans are developed for more extensive roof works.


Thank you to everyone who has donated, supported fundraising efforts, offered ideas, or helped spread the word. Your generosity and encouragement are greatly appreciated as we work together to preserve St. Patrick's for future generations.

HOW TO DONATE


There are several ways you can support the Roof Repair Fund:


1. Dona Machine

Use the special Roof Repair Fund button on the Dona machine at the back of the church.


2. Blue Donation Envelopes

Blue donation envelopes are available in church and can be returned via the usual collection arrangements.
